• IPN, in partnership with the Professionals Resource Network (PRN), builds a network of qualified evaluators and treatment programs to support nurses experiencing impairment.
• Providers are approved and trained through a standardized process that covers:
  • Referral protocols
  • Clinical guidelines
  • Evidence-based care approaches
• A key component is the Annual IPN/PRN Provider Education Conference, which includes:
  • Mandatory attendance for applicants
  • A comprehensive application process
  • Vetting by an approval committee made up of IPN and PRN leadership
• Approved providers receive:
  • Ongoing education
  • Continued support to ensure quality and consistency
